  The applicants to local higher learning institutions and JPA scholarship can forward a copy of their application forms for the perusal and further action of the MIC Education Committee.
  The committee chairman Prof. Dato Dr.T.Marimuthu said that the committee will proceed with an appeal in case of an unsuccessful application.
